Our story started in May 2020 when God laid on our hearts a ministry that would draw men into the leadership roles that God calls each of us to be in.  About 8 months later He put the four of us together during a 6 week men's ministry challenge called "Soulcon Warrior Elite". From the beginning of that challenge God drew us together and we formed a close bond.  

We later realized that He had also laid on each of our hearts a similar desire…

to equip Christian men to be the godly men that each of us have been called to be!  

Here at Fort Iron we have several resources to do just that and we hope that each of you get strengthened through the teachings, podcasts, book reviews and suggestions, and the "Iron Sharpening Weekend" experiences we currently offer in central Arkansas. 

Most importantly we pray that God gets glory and honor out of our lives, this ministry, and through each of you as well!
